ANI awards Construcciones El Cóndor S.A. the concession agreement under the APP scheme to execute the Vinus road project.

"Construcciones El Cóndor S.A., informs that it has incorporated a company named El Condor Construction Corp, through its branch El Condor Investments USA, Inc. The company is located in USA, Florida."

The following decisions were taken in the Board of Directors meeting:

Incorporation of Concesión Ruta al Mar S.A.S. to enter and execute concession agreement No. 16 for the Antioquia - Bolívar road conexion.

Addendum No. 1 to Agreement No. 1787 of 2015 is signed.

ANI awarded the Plural Structure of the Highways of Meta for the Road Network of Meta project. Construcciones El Cóndor S.A participates in the corporation.

Addendum No. 6 of Agreement No. 008 of 2010 was signed, in which Construcciones El Cóndor S.A. has a 33,33% share.
