On August 26, 2022, Concesion Vías del Nus S.A.S signed a refinancing contract for a total amount of $1,339,500,000,000, and a term maturing on July 15, 2030. With the resources from the disbursement, the Concession refinanced the debt that it had contracted during the Construction stage and the shareholders are paid the interest on the subordinated debt and the remainder is paid to the debt capital with partners. As a result of the operation, El Cóndor received $75,031 million, which was used for prepayment of loans and working capital.
During the quarter, the request was filed with the Financial Superintendence of Colombia for the renewal and extension of the term of the public offer of the issues of Bonds and/or Commercial Papers charged to the Program for the Issuance and Placement of Ordinary Bonds and Commercial Papers in second market, for a term of five (5) additional years.
